Be the steady, patient presence that makes someone's day better. As an In-Home Caregiver you'll help with the small things that mean the most — meals, light housekeeping, conversation, dignity in the moments that aren't glamorous.

What you'll do

What we look for

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Able to pass a background check
  • CNA / HHA certification is a plus, not required

  • CPR certification preferred

What you'll do

  • Conduct in-home nursing assessments

  • Medication management and education
  • Train and supervise HHAs in the field
  • Coordinate with physicians and discharge planners

What we look for

  • Active Nebraska RN license
  • 2+ years clinical experience preferred
  • Strong communication with families and providers
  • Comfortable driving between client homes

What you'll do

  • Build and adjust client care schedules
  • Match caregivers to client needs and personalities
  • Primary point of contact for families
  • Track caregiver hours and time-off requests
  • Escalate clinical concerns to nursing

What we look for

  • 2+ years in home care, hospice, or healthcare scheduling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable juggling 30+ active cases
  • Familiar with care-management software
